We weld:

Three machines are used for tube bending, two hydraulic and one electric. When bending small radii we use a mandrel to maintain the tube's shape. We bend tubes from Ø10 mm up to Ø48.3 mm.

Surface treatments applied are:
Mirror polishing • glass bead blasting • brushing • sanding
For polishing we use mechanical polishing machines and we subcontract electrolyte polishing.
For sheet handling we use two CNC controlled press brakes. We subcontract laser-jet cutting and plasma-jet cutting.

A Kruunupyy-based metal workshop with an international outlook since 1968.
We mainly manufacture marine products in stainless steel, aluminium, titanium, CuNiFe and also normal iron when needed. Products are manufactured as subcontractors according to the customers’ special requests. These products are often prototypes or small series that are produced on the basis of a plan or a drawing.
Another part of the service is developing products together with the clients, thanks to this co-operation the products become as applicable as possible. This way of working also means that the products will be designed to be manufactured in a smart way, keeping the expenses down but the quality up.
